I see there has been a recent change to Moodle which has changed the way we set up our personal profiles in Moodle. 
 
To set up your personal profile in Moodle, you no longer go through the Administration tab.
 
You have to scroll down on the LHS of Moodle until you get to the ‘Participants’ heading, then you click on your own name, and then you can click on Edit Profile.
