Remember, the KCQ approach is a method to support you to read critically and for personal meaning. In future, identify two or three key concepts, then describe these key concepts in your own words, and communicate your responses and opinions to these key concepts as well as any questions that you have.

For detailed support on how to restate your firm’s financial statements, make sure you view the videos on restating each financial statement that are in the Videos section on the right-hand side of Moodle: Restating Statement of Changes in Equity, Restating Your Firm’s Balance Sheet and Restating Your Firm’s Income Statement. And remember, the purpose for us to restate our firm’s financial statements is not to learn about restating financial statements (although that is a skill we can take with us), but rather to support us to learn more about financial statements by helping us look at each item in our firm’s financial statements.
