Student voice is important in improving the quality of our courses, units of study, assessments, teaching methods, and various support services provided. The School of Business and Law is using all forms of feedback to improve your learning experiences. Students are welcome to provide feedback at any time of their study. The first point of contact is the teaching staff member at the campus. Please copy the Unit Coordinator in your email so that he/she knows the concern you have raised. If concern is not resolved, then students are also welcome to provide feedback to the Unit Coordinator. If your concern is not heard then you are welcome to contact the Deputy Dean, Learning and Teaching at deputydeanLT@cqu.edu.au
Students are kindly asked to participate in the end of term Have Your Say survey which can be completed from the Moodle site.
Each year CQUniversity participates in Student Experience Survey (SES). The SES is aimed to gather the experience of first and final year students. The data is used by the government to assess institutional student experience. Students are kindly requested to participate in the survey.
After graduation, you will be invited to participate in the Graduate Outcomes Survey (GOS). The GOS assesses the experience of students who have completed their study. It also aims to gather data on your employment status after graduation. The data assists the University in planning and improving the quality of courses. Employment data helps the University to assess labour market needs.
Your voice is important. The school is committed to use your feedback to improve the learning experience of all students.
