Sydney is Australia’s largest city. I grew up in this city; and also worked in Sydney for around 15 years, laying the foundations of my career in the financial markets. I also did my first lecturing at university in the University of NSW when studying my Honours year in Accounting.

Sydney NYE Fireworks are great each year. And my favourite NYE firworks in Sydney was in 2000 (5 years before YouTube was invented).
U2 also sang New Year’s Day in Sydney in 1993.
